Mr. R.C.P. Bharti, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-02-2016 The Court had already adjourned the matter on 18.01.2016 prima facie expressing its opinion that the reasoned order passed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University does not suffer from any irrationality and is governed by the statute.

On a prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, time was granted on 18.01.2016 for four weeks to decide future course of action and no response has come to the stand of the University taken in the counter affidavit. Petitioner prays for additional adjournment which the Court is not inclined to do.

Writ application is dismissed as the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality.
