2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner refused to get married to the victim after promising marriage and after having physical relationship several times with the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant, Mr. Mukul Ji has submitted that the petitioner and the victim have got married.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below, Aurangabad in connection with Khudwan P.S.
