The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mokama P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 353, 504, 506, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Mohama, alleged that on 30.04.2015, the petitioner, being the husband of the Chairman, Nagar Parishad Mohama and other Ward Councilors, came and ill-behaved with the staff of Nagar Parishad Mohama. They also ransacked the office. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a meeting of Nagar Parishad Mohama was held on 30.04.2015 and the Chairman and other Ward Councilors took resolution against the Executive Officer, that's why the Executive Officer, after two days of the occurrence, lodged the case. The Executive Officer was not even present in the office.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation, made against the petitioner, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55793 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
