JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The matter relates to appointment of Aganbari Sevika.

On 04.01.2016 notice was issued to respondent no.10, for which a peremptory time was granted. As requisites was not filed within the peremptory time, the writ application stood dismissed, as against only

Patna High Court CWJC No.12195 of 2008 (4) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 respondent no.10. However, by order, dated 29.02.2016, it was inadvertently stated that the entire writ application stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 04.01.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this time, the matter has got settled and the petitioner does not want to continue with this writ application.

In this view of the matter, the writ application stands dismissed as not pressed.
