JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-20.

The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for quashing of Annexures -1 and 1/1, whereby the Joint Director, Agriculture , Purnea as well as Saharsa Division were asked to conduct enquiry in relation to irregularities/illegalities committed by the petitioner during his service tenure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12197 of 2008 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 petitioner was earlier proceeded departmentally and the Enquiry Officer has submitted its report. However, no order was passed against the petitioner.

The Court is of the opinion that at such preliminary stage, no interference is required. The writ petition stands dismissed.
