JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 28.09.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge), Sitamarhi in Dumra P.S.Case No. 181 of 2015 corresponding to Tr. No. 31 of 2015, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57768 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 framing of charge.
