Petitioners have retired from different colleges of the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Petitioners' grievance is that their pension etc. should be re-fixed in terms of the statement made in paragraph nos.7 and 8 of the writ petition.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1150 of 2016 dt.19-05-2016 2 / 2 It is contended that a representation in this regard has already been given to the Registrar of the University, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure 4/3 and, thereafter reminder by Annexure 4/4 was also filed, however, no heed has been paid till date.
Accordingly, I direct the Registrar of the University to examine the grievance of the petitioners raised in this writ petition as well as the representation and take a decision in accordance with law and ensure payment of admissible amount to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
This writ application stands disposed of.
