JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. One stolen tractor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but at the time of recovery, petitioner produced a document to show this fact that he had purchased the aforesaid tractor from one Satyendra Yadav after paying consideration amount of Rs. 2,60,000/- Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.02.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19059 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016.
