2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that when she was in her house, in the meantime, the petitioner along with other co-accused assaulted the informant and her family members due to which they sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submitted that the Investigation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65170 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 Authority has submitted final form against the petitioner but the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against him. He further submitted that the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Arish/- U T
