2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary and regular salary to the petitioner, which has been withheld by the respondent authority since May 2020 and till date.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.14193 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/3 during the period of Covid-19, the petitioner was informed by the concerned respondents/University that there is some technical difficulty with regard to seeding of Aadhar Card and his PF account and therefore, his salary is not being paid and this petitioner was required to have removed such technical problem.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that by Annexure-P/5 and P/6, it is quite clear that the technical problem which is said to have occurred in the case of the petitioner has already been removed and still the payments have not been made.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as of today, the technical problems which was pointed out by the respondents has been removed, therefore, there is no hindrance in redressing the relief which is being sought by the petitioner for which the petitioner may be directed to file a representation with a copy of this order and the same shall be decided without any further delay.

Considering the aforesaid stand of the parties, it is required that since this matter is of salary and this petitioner has not received his salary since 2020, therefore, the authorities would be obliged to take a call by referring to all such necessary documents and if it is found that this petitioner has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.14193 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 3/3 working since May 2020, then final decision with regard to payment of salary, shall be made within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation and it is made clear that in future, the regular payment of salary shall not be hindered in any manner, if this petitioner is discharging his duties to the satisfaction of the controlling authority.
