It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.02.2018, passed in this case, however, it appears that in the said order in para - 5 in satisfaction portion, in place of ACJM, Patna, CJM , Saran at Chapra has inadvertently been mentioned.

In view of the submission, order dated 05.02.2018 is modified to the extent that satisfaction portion of the said order be read as "to the satisfaction of ACJM, Patna" in place of CJM,
