No.17587 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No.720 of 2013 pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

The order dated 13.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17687 of 2014 does not require any modification as the same has been passed on the basis of the Supplementary Affidavit sworn by Neha, daughter of the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2.

In view of such, this Court does not find any merit in this application.
