JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 The petitioner, who is an Assistant in the Bihar State Financial Corporation is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been allowed promotion/selection grade/time bound promotion/ACP/MACP etc. even when the juniors to the petitioner have been accorded the aforesaid benefits. Time and again, the petitioner has represented before the concerned authority but such representation has yielded no results.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3663 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Chairman-cumManaging Director, Bihar State Financial Corporation, Fraser Road, Patna, detailing his grievance and citing reasons why the relief prayed for by the petitioner be not allowed to him, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid representation and a copy of this order. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, there is no reason why the sequel order shall not be passed within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the petition is disposed off.
