It is unfortunate that the citizen has to invoke the writ jurisdiction of Patna High Court with simple prayer, to get his representation disposed of.

In the present case, the petitioner has preferred a representation on 22.3.2022 before the respondent no. 3, the Joint Registrar, Cooperative, Magadh Division, Gaya to take steps for constitution of facts.

The respondent no.3 only has to take a decision, he has failed to do so, as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, till date no decision has been taken.

The writ petition stands disposed of with direction to
