2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 18.04.2023 passed in B.P. Nos. 43/2023 and 47/2023 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 790 of 2022 registered under Sections 302/34 of I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
