3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.
4. Petitioner retired as Upper Division Clerk on 30.06.2018 from the office of the Engineer-in-Chief (Headquarters), Department of Water Resources, Government of Bihar, Patna. He submits that entire retiral benefits have been paid but part of the GPF amount is still not paid.
5. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the Director, Provident Fund, Bihar, Patna by filing a representation regarding payment of part G.P.F. if any, which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter.
