2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51412 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the name of court below and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main petition, the name of concerned court below has wrongly been typed as 'J.M- 1st Class, Hilsa' in place of 'Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 19.08.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66393 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in paragraph No. 5 of the order dated 19.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51412 of 2023, in place of 'Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda' name of court below be read as 'Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 19.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51412 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
