1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that his son (deceased) and daughter of Shivji Thakur were on friendly term, which was objected by Shivji Thakur and he his family members. Further, Shivji Thakur also informed the informant about their friendship. Accordingly, the informant sent his son to Delhi, but the daughter of Shivji Thakur used to call him regularly and asked
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63230 of 2024(3) dt.17-12-2024 2/3 him to come to the village, on which, his son came and went to meet the girl, but was caught and assaulted by uncle and Shivji Thakur. It is next alleged that they also threatened the informant that his son would be killed. Further, on 12.02.2024, Shivam informed that the accused persons have caught his son, accordingly, the informant went to their house to inquire, on which, Akhilesh abused and said that they do not know where his son is, further, in the morning, the beheaded dead body of his son with mark of violence was found near the railway track, thereafter the informant brought the dead body of his son, thus alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner killed his son.

The learned counsel submits that petitioner is daughter of Shivji Thakur, the deceased and the daughter of Shivji Thakur were in love, it is further submitted that the informant had sent the deceased to Delhi but since the petitioner and the deceased used to talk, as such, the petitioner came back to the village when the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is next submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, she has been implicated only for the reason that she was in a relationship with the son of the informant.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63230 of 2024(3) dt.17-12-2024 3/3 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.45/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
