2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 106.710 litres Indian made foreign liquor from beneath the driver's seat of the vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is said to be the driver of the vehicle but he is not the owner of the vehicle in question. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. The alleged recovery has been made from the vehicle kept beneath the hidden seat. Petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2025 having no criminal

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-2, Purnea in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.569 of 2025.
