JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 587 dated 21.11.2011, issued by Block Development Officer, Dalsingsarai and Letter No. 1507 dated 15.10.2011 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.21459 of 2011 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim relief by this Court on 07.12.2011. The petitioner will be at liberty to file a separate application before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, if so advised, for any interim relief during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal. The said application filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
