ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2complainant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner prays for modification of the order dated 14.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.30235 of 2014. After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, including the prescriptions, which have been annexed, it appears that the petitioner has only been trying to evade payment of maintenance amount as has been fixed by this Court. In order to evade payment, he has also produced certain documents, which are not enough to warrant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8130 of 2016 (3) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 interference/modification of the earlier order passed by this Court.

As such, the present modification application is dismissed.

It is made clear that if the petitioner shall not pay the amount as fixed by this Court, he shall make himself amenable to further proceedings, which may include cancellation of his order of bail.
