Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that petitioner was working as Junior Engineer, Bathnaha at the relevant time and he and other co-accused did not complete their work of scheme No. 1/200809 and defalcated the government money to the tune of Rs. 1 lacs.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that work has already been completed and similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76569 of 2019(5) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 contained in Annexure- 2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
