02-09-2015 Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Surendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mithilesh Kumar Pathak, learned Standing Counsel - 7.

The present writ petition pertains to an allegation in appointment of Anganbari Sahaika.

Keeping in view the Government circular dated 17-05-2013, whereby in place of the District Collector, the District Programme Officer has been authorized to act as appellate authority in the matter of examining the allegation of illegality or irregularity committed in appointment of Anganbari

Patna High Court CWJC No.12314 of 2008 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Sevika/Sahaika, the Court is of the opinion that instead of going into the merit of the case, the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as indicated in the circular mentioned hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
