The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 184/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 328, 323, 307, 504, 354, 420, 384, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners administered poison to his daughter and she fell down. Thereafter she was sent for treatment. A Panchayati was held in which it was decided to give Rs. 25,000/- to the informant but later on the accused persons did not make payment and abused them. It is submitted that the petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant. The Dy. S.P. did not find the case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22298 of 2016 (4) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 poisoning. The case is compromised.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners that petitioners administered poison to minor girl and witnesses have stated the same fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
