In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with G.O. Case No.24 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) (c) and 56 (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police on secret information raided an abandoned place and recovered huge quantity of illegal liquor including Mahua flower.

Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
