JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Petitioner has filed this modification application for extension of period of surrender before the learned Court below taking leave from the department with the case that earlier vide order dated 17.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65752 of 2018, the petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from the date of order but as the petitioner is employed as a constable in Shastra Seema Bal (S.S.B.) and he could not get time so he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated period.
