From perusal of the order dated 16.09.2015, it appears that learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani has granted maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month to the opposite party in M.R. No.18 of 2014.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he is paying Rs.1,200/- as directed by the High Court while granting anticipatory bail but the wife obtained the order by suppressing the said fact. So far the submission is concerned, it is pure question of fact. The High Court in supervisory jurisdiction cannot decide the quantum of maintenance. There is no jurisdictional error. If so advised, the petitioner may pray before the court below for appropriate relief.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
