This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Barh P.S.Case no.44 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons fired on the informant causing injury at his abdomen and there was repeated firing by the petitioner and other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the occurrence was due to political rivalry. He is in custody for more than one year.

On the other hand the learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is nothing specific against the petitioner and apart from that he is accused in five

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed against the petitioner, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
