SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed reply to the cause shown on behalf of Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra through Secretary, which is taken on record.

2. It appears, in compliance of the order of the High Court Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra passed order dated 11.06.2012 contained in Annexure-A to the show cause whereunder petitioner has not been granted the desired promotion, which was given to Serial No. 32 Sri Angad Singh as on the date of promotion of Sri Angad Singh name of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.4494 of 2013 dt.06-05-2015 2/2 was placed at Serial No. 33, which is perhaps mistake. In this connection, Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra has written Letter No. 909 dated 25.04.2015 to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department of the State Government, which is also contained in Annexure-F to the show cause.

3. Let petitioner represent before the Departmental Secretary in the light of the contents of order dated 11.06.2012 and the letter of the Divisional Commissioner dated 25.04.2015, Annexures- A, F to the show cause, which should be considered and disposed of by the Departmental Secretary as early as possible, in any case, within one month from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the observation aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
