The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the materials on record as also the case diary which includes that there was no injury on the person of the informant, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17978 of 2016 (2) dt.27-06-2016 P2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 20/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
