The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Alouli P.S. Case No.281 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that Ajay Singh, Abhay Singh and Avinash Singh took him and his wife but they all abused and assaulted him (the informant) and his wife. The petitioner, Shakuntala Devi, Vijay Singh and his mother also assaulted the wife of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is simple in nature. There is counter version. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Petitioner is alleged to

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No.281 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
