The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 registered under Sections 366, 376, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics, personal enmity and grudge. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after one month. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59665 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
