Heard Mr. Satish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Ashok Kumar Keshari, learned Additional Advocate General No. 11, appearing for the State-respondents. Considering the fact that, according to the writ petitioner, adequate necessary facilities have not been provided in the district of Sheikhpura, we hereby direct the Principal Secretary, General
Patna High Court CWJC No.228 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 2/2 Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to examine the grievances of the petitioner in the light of relevant policy of the State Government and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the directions aforementioned, this writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
