In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.57 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 6/8 of the POSCO Act. As per the allegation, on the call of the petitioner the informant went to the Videography shop of the petitioner, where the petitioner started misbehaving and confined her inside the shop and fled away from there. When the informant raised alarm number of persons including the police assembled there and got released the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case of

No.18204 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 POCSO Act is made out against the present petitioner so much so that before the incident the informant and petitioner were known each other. He further submits that the informant had gone at the call of the petitioner which itself shows that there was interaction between them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after competing nine months judicial custody.
