The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.06.2011 passed by the Sub-divisional Officer, Rajauli (Respondent No. 6) whereby and whereunder he has rejected the application filed by the petitioner and directed him to deposit Rs. 2,14,840/- in the office of DRDA, Nawadah within 15 days.

3. The matter in issue herein stands well covered by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21539 of 2011 (4) dt.22-04-2016 judgment of this Court dated 21.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 5638 of 2011(Raiful Azamand others vs. State of Bihar and others) and analogous cases, whereby, inter alia, a three member Enquiry Commission had been constituted for detailed enquiry into the matter of considerable loss caused to the State exchequer in the context of the charges of retention of rice by PDS dealers.

4. In the above view of the matter and after hearing the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in line with the judgment of this Court dated 21.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 5638 of 2011(Raiful Azamand others vs. State of Bihar and others) and analogous cases and the observations and directions contained therein shall accordingly govern the petitioner of the present case.
