The Officer-in-Charge of Pupri Police Station himself submits that there is a Title Suit pending between the parties but there is no injunction order. If there is no injunction order in the Title Suit, then the Officer-in-Charge of Pupri Police Station will not unnecessarily stop anyone from enjoying his own property. If any party has any grievance, he/she will file an injunction application in the Court below and pray for injunction. Unless an injunction order is granted in favour of that party, the police will not interfere.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this
