2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 907 of 2015.

3. At the outset, learned APP submits that the F.I.R. has been filed as far back as in the year 2015, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any cause for immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory
