The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No.244 of 2017 registered under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner was found running his saw mill after breaking the seal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the saw mill of the petitioner. Saw mill of the petitioner was earlier sealed. Nobody has seen the petitioner breaking the seal of the saw mill. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above
