2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,323,448,354A,324,307,427,379,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties are gotia and over a dispute for passage, minor scuffle took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Injury caused by the petitioner was simple in nature.

5. Considering the backdrop of the incident and nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63885 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur Police Station Case No. 456 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
