The present application has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 25.06.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2011 for the offence alleged under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. A perusal of the impugned order of cognizance discloses that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur has duly taken into consideration the First Information Report seizure list and the case diary and a prima facie case has been found against the accused.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46712 of 2012 dt.16-04-2015 finds no infirmity in the impugned order of cognizance.
