The petitioner is in custody since 6.07.2019 in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.205/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30,30(g)/38(i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has nothing to do with the alleged recovery of two cars from which amount of liquor was recovered by the police. It is further stated that the petitioner had gone to his village and after meeting his sister was returning when he was taken into custody as some of the person named had taken his name.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
