From the complaint petition and the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it is apparent that the marriage had taken place in 2012 and the couple have been blessed with a child and now it is alleged that the dowry is being demanded and the complainant has been thrown out of the house. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready to keep his wife provided she is ready to live with dignity and

Having considered the matter, in my view, non-grant of indulgence in such a case will lead to an irreparable break down in the relation.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Saran at Chapra in Trial No 2911 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No 2537 of 2014 dated 20.08.2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
