2. In the fifth line of second page the "Memo No. 2351 dated 23.12.2007" be read as "Memo No. 2351 dated 23.11.2007".

3. In the third line of third paragraph at page no. 2 "Masaurhi, Patna, vide order dated 27.12.2023" be read as "Banmankhi, Purnea vide order dated 23.11.2007".

4. In the third line of sixth paragraph at page 3 "the impugned order dated 27.12.2023 is set aside" be read as "the impugned orders are set aside".

5. The order, dated 20.03.2025, is modified to the extents indicated above.
