1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 14.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.39918 of 2024. It is next submitted that petitioner no.1, Ajay Kumar in Cr. Misc. No.39918 of 2024 was described as son of Mithilesh Kumar. It is next submitted that inadvertently, the word 'Late' could not be prefixed before the name of Mithilesh Kumar. It is further submitted that father of Ajay Kumar (petitioner no.1) was also made a bailor.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63889 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the father's name of petitioner no.1 Ajay Kumar shall be read as Late Mithilesh Kumar. Further, one of the bailor of the petitioner no.1, Ajay Kumar now shall be his brother in-law Mukund Shankar Kumar Nirala instead of his father.

4. The order dated 14.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.39918 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
