Petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No.53 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 377 of the IPC and under sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner took his son to a lonely place and touched his private part in the mouth of the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and concocted. The occurrence took place on 27.03.2019 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 29.03.2019. The petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2019.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about eight months, the petitioner named

No.57612 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur (Arra) in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.53 of 2019.
