JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 589 of 2006 which has been dismissed for default on 17th December 2007 on account of non-prosecution of the case. From the order dated 22nd January 2010, it appears that notices have been sent to the opposite parties. The ground for non-appearance in the case, has been assigned of wrong printing of surname, as the case was filed by Ashok Kumar Jha but in the cause list, the name had been printed as Ashok Kumar Singh and on that account, the counsel for the petitioner did not appear before this Court.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this restoration application, it is allowed and Civil Revision No. 589 of 2006 is restored to its original file. Mahesh/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U
