JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from Public road, situated at Mauza-Lachchwar Vrititola, P.S. Thawe, District- Goaplganj, appertaining to Khata no. 261, Kheshara No.82.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7229 of 2016(3) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 Collector, Gopalganj to impose fine upon the Respondents no. 7 to 9 for creating trouble and tense situation in the locality by encroaching the Street Road." 2.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Thawe, District-Gopalganj for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
