Case No.294 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 380, 354B, 506 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is of misbehaving with the informant and they are named in the F.I.R. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and they have only named in the F.I.R.
