The petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 04.11.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Nabinagar (Barem) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 by which and whereunder the learned Sessions Judge granted two months more time to petitioner to deposit the dues amount but petitioner wants modification in the aforesaid impugned order. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had been depositing the dues amount regularly but due to financial crunch he could not deposit the entire dues amount in time and, therefore, he needs some more time for deposition of dues amount.

No.13 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 In my view, there is no illegality, irregularity or infirmity in the impugned order and, therefore, this quashing petition does not have any merit.
