Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is inaction on the part of the respondents in the matter of issuance of character certificate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter as to issuance of character certificate is pending at the level of Superintendent of Police, Madhubani. Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner in
Patna High Court CWJC No.253 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 the present writ application, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to take final decision with regard to grant of character certificate of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
